MECA's current manufacturing plant consists of 12800sqm in the fabrication area and 600sqm in offices for the technical department, salespeople, administration, operations and quality departments. Our premises are situated in Golmés (Lleida).
To improve our response capacity, MECA has extended its production by acquiring a new plant of 14000sqm for manufacturing and storage facilities and 1500sqm for offices for the technical department, administration, quality, sales and operational department. This MECA installation is allocated mainly for the production of pallet racks and long span shelving, covering all the production stages.
The usage of high quality steel coupled with the most modern profiling lines can guarantee a fast and effective production of the materials.
We included within our processes the automatic welding with the most advanced specific applications.
To improve our delivery time, MECA has a wide stock of materials ready to be dispatched in record time. The flexibility and capacity of response are our identity traits.
All our productive processes are under exhaustive testing of welding, finish quality and admissible deflections.
MECA, keeps on ploughing back in its staff and technical innovation continuously improving the materials, products, service and systems.
In MECA we have a long technical and industrial experience for the conception, design and manufacturing of pallet racks, cantilever racks, self clad buildings, mezzanine floors and a wide variety of dynamic systems.
Our motto to get the top quality in each project is based on a very important technical department distributed by products with the support of continuously trained engineers.
We use commercial applications for computer drawing design in 2D and 3D. Those applications enable us to show the customers their future installations, when the project requires it.
All the calculations are made with the Finite Element Method with COSMOS GEOSTAR software program, meeting the safety coefficients about usage load, definition and resistance according to the TCE (Technical Code of Edification) and FEM (European Federation of Materials Handling) standards.
